Terms & Conditions: Must be a current financial member of Snap Fitness at time of draw on the 10th November 2023. Able to attend the Snap Fitness shoot on either the 22nd or 23rd of November – any travel costs will be covered by Snap Fitness. By completing this form you provide consent to be contacted and if you participate in the shoot you authorise Snap Fitness to use your images. By submitting your information, you agree for this information to be passed onto Snap Fitness where you will be contacted at a later date.
